Schroder Capital Fund: With effect as per 1 January 2020, the Schroder Capital Fund will be merged into the Schroder Sustainable Strategy Fund. As per the effective date of the merger, the Schroder Capital Fund will be dissolved without liquidation and the provisions of the fund contract of the Schroder Sustainable Strategy Fund will also apply to the Schroder Capital Fund.

Schroder Strategy Fund (BVV/LPP): With effect as per 1 January 2020, the Schroder Strategy Fund (BVV/LPP) will be renamed to Schroder Sustainable Strategy Fund.
